Living in the Fleurieu Peninsula has deepened my relationship to the natural world. Daily sightings of kangaroos and bird life have caught my attention, resulting in the desire to visually bring them closer, to connect and develop the understanding that human animals and non-human animals are sentient beings with the ability to perceive and feel things.
